Step 1
Welcome to study MBBS in Hubei University of Arts and Science.If you are intrested to study at our university,please follow this procedure.
1: Application Form (Download)
2: Scan Copy of High School Certificate
Note:
Please submit these documents on our Email: admissionhbuas@163.com
With in 1-3 working days, university officials will check your documents and reply wether your application is accepted or not. After acceptance of Application University we will issue you a formal admission letter and send to your email.
Step 2
After receiving admission letter you have to deposit application fee.
Application Fee
1: Admission & JW202 Fee : 200 USD
2: EMS/DHL/TNT Courier : * May Vary
Note:Apart From Application fee students have to pay Security Deposit of 2000 RMB ( It will be deducted from 1st Year fee )
After paying application fee, please provide us following documents.
(a) Scan copy of Passport
(b) Health certificate (Download)
After receiving above all mentioned documents, within 2-3 weeks, we will post you JW202/Visa Letter your given address in your country by EMS/DHL/TNT courier.
Step 3
With following documents, go to China Embassy/Consultae in ur country for Visa.
1: JW202/Visa Letter
2: Admission Letter
3: High School Certificate
4: Passport
5: Health Certificate
6: Police Certificate Certificate
7: White background latest Photos
After getting Visa from Embassy,book your air-ticket for Xiangyang Liuji Airport.Please inform us about your arrival time one week ago by sending us scan copy of airticket.We will pick you from airport.
